She returned into Lagos, Nigeria in 1998 after years of studies in Europe: in Switzerland, in England and in Scotland. She is a master’s degree holder in oil control.
She has a big ambition: to become the referenced stylist of West Africa and to extend her influences all over the world.
She is the manager of Tiffany Amber, a fashion house which she founded in Lagos in 1998. She got her first big success with her luxury brand Tiffany Amber that became one of the most popular fashion labels in Nigeria which allowed her to make more than 60 fashion shows in Nigeria and all over the world.
In 2008, she created two new clothing lines in addition to the main one. TAN by Tiffany Amber (a distribution line) and Folake Folarin (a sewing line).
Folake is the first African Fashion designer to have shown her collection twice during Fashion Week in New York.
