The initiative is exceptional in Togo. The network of Togolese Na-Assi / Ha-Nissi launched a concept that encourages excellence in Togo. ALODO is a complete program of university scholarships that offers to Togolese students registered in Togolese public universities, a financial support accompanied with a curriculum of trainings and company internships. Poor but brilliant students are the main concerned by this program.

According to the communiqué of the network of which Africa Top Success received a copy, ALODO program is financed with local resources and allows all Togolese living in Togo and in the Diaspora to participate in the allocation and in the creation of the university scholarships.

“Alodo suggests to all Togolese all over the world the financing of the scholarship of a student up from 25000 FCFA. You can be in a group of 5 persons, each of you gives 5.000 FCFA, that makes 25000 FCFA and you finance the studies of a girl because you, as financier, are the one to choose the criteria of your scholarship”, explained us Miss Aimée Abra Tenu, Executive director of the NGO Sainte Thérèse de l’enfant Jésus (STEJ-Togo), management committee member of Alodo scholarship program.

The initiative is well appreciated by Togolese. Several leading figures of the country such as the artist King Mensah and Professor Isabelle GLITHO support the program.

Application files to benefit from the program are available from 12th May to 30th June 2014 on ww.boursealodo.org site. The deposit is made by e-mail at the address naassi.hanissi@gmail.com.
