Crans Montana Forum: golden medal awarded to Tarik Sijilmassi

For the 5th consecutive time, “Crans Montana Forum“, pays tribute to personalities having actively contributed to the implementation of concrete and effective solutions aiming at creating “a better world“.

In the margins of its 25th anniversary celebrated from 19th to 21st June 2014 in Rabat, Morocco, “Crans Montana Forum“, one of the most influential think-thank in the world, exceptionally awarded prestigious golden medal to Mr Tariq Sijilmassi, Chairman of the Crédit Agricole Group Managing Board.

This for his implication and the activate participation of the Crédit Agricole Group of Morocco in the success of this event.

Organized around a reflection on the South-South cooperation and around the theme “More than a strategy, Focusing on the South-South is a necessity“, this 25th edition chose to discuss several subjects in touch with the African banking sector or the tourism industry, underlining the more and more dominating role that Morocco is playing in the implementation of a successful South-South cooperation.

Several personalities took part in this event such as Blaise Compaoré, President of Burkina Faso, Pierre Nkurunziza, President of Burundi and Marie Louise Coleiro Preca, President of the Republic of Malta.
