The Togolese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Cooperation is resolutely turned to the excellence with Robert Dussey, in charge of the Togolese diplomacy.
The best employees of the ministry were distinguished on Monday during a ceremony that got the presence of the political personalities and the business sector. For the first edition of the award ceremony, Tchassanti Bassirou Essotakou (State protocol management), Kpadé-Kpaleté Agossou (Legal affairs and contentious issues) and team of the DiploMag magazine (quarterly magazine of the Department) were honored.
For the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Robert Dussey, the new prize-winners have to inspire other agents of the public administration. “You constitute the real showcase of the Togolese administrative and diplomatic excellence by the quality of your work that is at the same time inward and outward-facing“, he declared.
Previously Diplomatic Adviser for the President of the Togolese Republic, Robert Dussey has been since September 2013, the Togolese Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Cooperation. In one year, the political philosophy PhD owner restored a new image to the Togolese diplomacy that was still looking for its guiding marks.
