15^th OIF Summit: Ask for the planning

Dakar (Senegal) is getting ready to welcome the greatest event of the year. The 15^th summit of the International Organization of the Francophony will be held on 29^th and 30^th November 2014. 77 heads of States and governments are expected in this international meeting that will mark the retirement of Abdou Diouf (OIF Secretary General) from the public scene.
