Afreximbank: opening of the West-African branch in Abidjan

Companies based in West Africa can henceforth benefit from services of the African of export-import Bank (Afreximbank). The West-African branch of the institution opens its door today in Abidjan.

The return of peace in Ivory Coast and the environment favorable to the business are among others the reasons that justify the choice of the management of the bank.

« The branch of Abidjan will begin activities of marketing, business development, management of customer relations, offer FINANCING structuring services, control opportunities granted and act as Afreximbank agency for French-speaking West Africa« , indicated Jean-Louis Ekra, chairman of the Bank on Abidjan.net.

Already established in Harare (Zimbabwe), Abuja (Nigeria), Afreximbank which head office is based in Cairo (Egypt) intends to open also a branch in Nairobi (Kenya).

Created in 1993, Afreximbank is specialized in FINANCING and intra and extra African trade development.
