Well known under the name of Flavour, Chinedu Okoli is a Nigerian singer, composer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist who was born on 23rd November 1983.
Flavour is popularly known through Africa and the whole world for his banger massive club « Nwa baby » (Ashawo Remix). He is at present signed at 2nite Entertainment Music Label.
The singer presented numerous concerts and organized social events and he is well known for his capacity to fluently sing in the Igbo language, a dialect of his native Nigeria.
His training in music allowed him to learn music production.
In an interview recently granted to the iROKTV channel, Falvour declared this: « I think that I become more and more mature. I must be more mature with my music, my words and instruments« .
The year 2014 is a year of glory for the musician. At the Nigeria Entertainment Awards, the artist was elected « Native artist of the year« , nominated for the Best album of the blessed year, nominated for the Best clip of the year with « Oh! Baby (You & I) in collaboration with Chidinma and Best Collaboration.
During the African Muzik Magazine Awards, Flavour was nominated in the category of the Best Male Artist from the west and was elected the Best traditional Artist.
In the category of the Best video clip of the year, he won the prize with the video « Ada Ada« .
At the City People Entertainment, Flavor was nominated the Musician of the year (Male) and the Best Collaborator of the year with the title « Oh Baby » and the Better Video clip of the Year with « Ada Ada« .
At the MTV Africa Music Awards 2014, was elected the « Best live » before being nominated the Artist of the Year during the Ghana African Music Awards.
Flavour N’abania is the first son of a large family that was not very fond of his musical ambitions.
His family members often rejected music as a dream. Her mother, in particular, believed that his musical ambitions would be of no use.
But she has realized today that she made a big mistake and she stays the most proud mother in the world.
