Global Management Challenge: Cameroon in final for the first time

A team of 3 young Cameroonian students participate in Sochi (Russia) in final of the edition 2014 of the Global Management Challenge (GMC). The international competition opposee the best teams of world strategy and management. Cameroon hopes for its first participation in the final phase of this competition, to succeed to Ukraine, titleholder.

TAMOU TACHUM Armand Collins, NJITIA NGUEFACK Martial Loup and Tientcheu Djeukam Ralph represent Cameroon at the edition 2014 of the Global Management Challenge. The young students from Cameroonian Universities joined those of Ghana and Ivory Coast to represent Africa at this international meeting.

The Global Management Challenge (GMC) is an international competition of strategy and management for managers and students in business schools, engineer in universities.

The participants form teams of 3 or 5 members with a team leader. During this challenge based on a high-level simulator, the participating teams have to analyze, develop and make of the virtual company given to them the most competitive as possible. They so have to manage a virtual company marketing consumer goods on NAFTA, European markets and on the Internet, in all its dimensions (commercial, finance, HR, communication, etc.)
