The minister for post offices and digital economy, Cina Lawson announced last Tuesday the launch of two competitions within framework of the activities marking the celebration of the world telecommunications day.
These competitions aim at arousing creativity and innovation in the youth.
The first competition will reward the best mobile applications designed in Togo. It is opened to developers, associations and schools.
The second is related to the referencing of sites of public use in a geographical information system that concerns municipalities, districts, villages, hamlets and farms. The population should serve as relay for the collection of local news in order to make contents relevant.
