OIF: the candidacy of the Mauritian JC de L’Estrac got big sized supports

The supports for the candidacy of the Mauritian, Jean Claude de L’ Estrac, at the post of General Secretary of the International Organization of the Francophonie are increasing. About thirty important personalities coming from various horizons are united in a collective behind the Mauritian for « an open, happy and uninhibited Francophonie« .

« We thus believe that this Mauritian candidacy embodied by a personality of multiple talents, expresses the positive synthesis of the world in movement. It is the promise of a mobilizing project for women and men of our countries that await much from a respectful globalization of what they are« , indicated a declaration of the collective.

The supporting committee for the candidacy of Jean Claude de L’ Estrac is composed of eminent Writers, artists and French-speaking thinkers. Some are as listed below:

The successor of Abdou Diouf, current General Secretary of the International Organization of the Francophonie (OIF) will be known at the end of the 15th summit of the institution that will be held from 20th to 30th November 2014 in Senegal. As Africa Top Success announced it earlier, three application files were registered by the organization. They are the Mauritian Jean Claude de L’ Estrac, the Congolese Henri Lopes and the Burundian Pierre Buyoya.
