Togo Football awards 2014: meeting on 27th December

The Steering committee of Togo Football Awards proceeded last Thursday in Lomé to the launching of the 10^th edition of awards evening for the best players of local football.

13 awards categories were revealed by the Committee; the most expected are the ones of the Best Togolese playing within African championships and the Best Togolese playing within European championships for the season 2013-2014.

Last year, Dové Wome (ex Free State Stars, currently at SuperSport United) was appointed, best Togolese playing in Africa whereas Kossi Agassa (Reims) was appointed, best Togolese palying abroad.

This year, these two categories will have their nominees appointed by a jury set up by the steering committee. The awards ceremony evening is planned for 27^th Dcember.

1. Special Awards for the best female player of CECAM tournament (1^st edition)

2. Special Awards for the champion team of CECAM tournament (1^st edition)

3. Awards for the best young player of the national championship in D1

4. Oscar of Merit for football career in Togo

5. Awards for the best team of military championship

6. Awards for the best team of the national championship in D2

7. Awards for the best team of the national championship in D3

8. Awards for the best trainer of the national championship in D1

9. Awards for the best referee

10. Awards for the best goal scorer of the national championship in D1

11. Awards for the best team of the national championship in D1

12. Awards for the best Togolese playing within African championships

13. Awards for the best Togolese playing within European championships.
