Africa Top Success Ils font l'Afrique
Africa Top Success was announcing it earlier. The edition 2014 of Afric Talents took place in Abidjan (Ivory Coast) from 19th to 20th September 2014. The meeting of companies that operate on the continent and qualified job-seekers reached its goals according to the managing director of Africsearc, Joel-Eric Missainhoun.
In a communiqué published on Friday, 19th September at the hôtel Ivoire, Joel-Eric Missainhoun insisted on the necessity for African companies to be equipped with a qualified personnel. For him, Africa has these skills.
« There are needs of employment. Without human resources, a company cannot develop. The need is there that requires skills. Reason why this forum to put into direct contact job-seekers with companies that express the need according to their expectations« , he explained.
A total of 1200 candidates were selected to immediately provide at 350 posts. The pre-selected candidates participate in a recruitment session to allow the companies that participate in the event to be in front of the candidates who fit the profile wished. The list of candidates not selected during the forum will be published on the official site of AfricTalents.
Created in 1999, Afric Talents was organized for the first time in Paris before being extended to other big cities as Dakar, Washington and Bamako. The concept allowed thousands of African young people to find jobs or internships on short term.
